KANSKY, Shirley Anne - Of Kelowna, B.C. passed away peacefully on June 15th, 2011.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on April 3, 1943; daughter of Alex and Olga Larson.

She married Peter Kansky in Cranbrook, B.C. in August of 1966.

Shirley will be remembered for her zest for life, her fondness of people and her love of gardening and animals. Shirley was a very strong willed person who fought bravely with Diabetes and other medical complications.

Shirley is survived by her husband Peter, two sons Kevin and Greg, her sister Marlene and brother Alex.

Family and friends are invited to a gathering on Sunday, June 26th in Kelowna, B.C.

Funeral will be held in Cranbrook, B.C. on July 4th.
