    What a man. Your father lived an amazing adventure.

    On this evening, what would have been my father's 80th birthday, I mourn his loss 34 years ago when I was just a teen. I see now that many have ached to know their dad well; but know him you did. He would be terribly proud of the fine tribute you have paid him.
