Unforgettable...

(August 3, 1937 - January 3, 2016)

Three years ago we had to let you go my darling. You are thought of each and every day. We are sad to know you are truly gone, but our memories of you bring laughter and joy to our hearts. We remember your stories, we can still hear your laugh and you live on in our thoughts and in all the little reminders of times we had with you. Our grandkids are doing well and you will be happy to know that your best buddy Jack can now talk about you telling us all you were his best friend ever.

  I thought of Al a number of times over the past couple of weeks. Such a lovely, humble man! In spite of some difficulties and hardship he still had his sense of humour. My heart goes out to you Julie and all those who cherish his memory.
