HALL, Daniele Adele
April 28th, 1943 to March 17th, 2017.
Daniele passed away peacefully on March 17th.
Daniele began her life in Gourzon, France.
After marriage in 1963, she moved to Canada. As she worked her way to Kelowna she became proficient in English. Multi-talented, she has been a chef, commercial cleaner, accountant and jewellery salesperson. She managed a hobby farm in Winfield (pigs, goats, chickens, a goose and a dog). Eventually she taught basic French to civil servants and elementary and high school students. Daniele excelled in skiing (Nordic Club), hiking (Naturalist Club and “SSWISHERS”) and yoga (Kelowna Yoga House). She enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking (creeps), Scrabble and finding “treasures” in thrift stores. At age sixty she took her first plunge into Okanagan Lake to begin to learn to swim. She loved singing. SongShine provided help in her brave battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Sadly missed by her husband of eight years, Don Ciesielski, brothers Francis and Andre Eloy, niece Stephanie and many friends. Stephanie provided loving care in her final days.

I am so sorry to hear of Daniele's passing. I enjoyed talking with her at Yoga and when we would run into each other when we were out walking. She was very brave!

It was nice to have known Daniele, with her smile and bright personality. She was an inspiration as she coped with her disease. God bless and comfort you. Beryl Baldeo
