GRIFFIN, Gordon - Went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 9, 2011 at the age of 84.

Survived by his loving wife Ruby of 63 years; three daughters: Louise Charest of Kelowna, Avril Lucille Griffin of Comox, Cindy Blair (Andrew) of Courtney; two grandchildren: Todd Charest (Tara Ferster), Cam Charest (Sheri); two great grandchildren: Hunter and Mason; sister Frances McKenzie (Scott) of Sydney, BC and nieces and nephews.

A private family interment will take place at the Westbank Cemetery, followed by a Memorial Service on Friday, May 13th at 2:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Society of BC, 600 – 890 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC, V6C 1J9.
