  Denis Bernard Frie is an outstanding professional man. My brother Pat and I have known him for over 20 years. He was known for his integrity and willingness to provide what was needed by his clients always.
  
  He will be missed by all of us.

  We were very sorry to hear of Denis' passing and wish to express our sincere condolences to Marie and family. We have a concrete (not cement) driveway built by Mike Budd in 2006 with no rebar. It has very few cracks and is a testament to Denis' ingenuity (and Mike's craftsmanship).

  We are so sad to hear about Denis. We have missed him at our Myra Canyon meetings, and always appreciated his engineering expertise up there. I remember visiting your home one time and seeing pictures of bridges that he had designed - he was so proud of those accomplishments - and rightly so. Our hearts are with you.
