FLUTER, Randall James (Randy)

1958 - 2018

Randy was born in Saskatoon, SK, on April 18, 1958 to John and Amelia (Milli) Fluter. He was predeceased by his parents John and Milli Fluter of Kelowna; and his grandparents Anastasia and Dumitru Fluter and Ruby and Philip Popescu.

After a short, but very serious illness, Randy went peacefully into the presence of his Lord at 60 years of age, on August 5, 2018, with his wife Catherine and his four children by his side. He will be deeply missed by Catherine, his loving wife of seven years; four grown children Jon (Andrea), Dave (Cassandra), Carolyn (Curtis), and Brian (Chellsie); four step-children: Spencer (Sara) Hilgendorf, Brandon (Sara) Hilgendorf, Aimee-Dawn (Cody) Sutherland and Destiny (Kevin) Hilgendorf; five granddaughters Kaylie, Avery, Eliana, Keyva and Avi; four sisters: Sandi (Parry) Stang, Debbie (Paul) Krymusa, Patti (Steve) James and Pam Smith; and nieces and nephews.

Randy spent his entire life loving people and appreciating each person's individuality. He loved his family with all of his heart and always made each one feel so special. Family and friends will always cherish the many wonderful memories they shared.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held at Lighthouse to all Nations Church, 686 Pasqua Street, Regina, SK on Saturday. August 11, 2018 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to: Cash or Cheques Payable to Witness to All Nations (The Oasis)

My heart goes out to you all. Randy and I attended the Kelowna Apostolic church and youth group, lovingly referred to as 'the apple' back in the 70's. I have nothing but very fond memories of Randy. I know you all must be hurting right now, I myself am shocked that he was called home so early. May each of you experience peace in your hearts. Blessings to you all.

So sorry for your loss. Randy was too young. May your memories of happy times bring you comfort and the knowledge you'll see him again bring you peace.

I think I last saw Randy when we were teenagers so he will be forever young in my heart. Thinking of all of you at this difficult time.
