FERRIS, Barbara - Passed away peacefully in Kelowna, BC on July 11, 2008 at the age of 95.
She is survived by her loving family: daughters, Charlene (Ken) Edgeworth of Kelowna, Elspeth Bird of Surrey; grandson Charles (Vania); brothers, Alan and Barry; sisters, Mae, Blanche, Gladys and Edna; sister-in-law Reta; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Sadly predeceased by her husband, Charles in 1999; grandson, Neil in 1997; sister Lorna; brothers, Preston, Hilton and Bill.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date in September.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
A gift in living memory of Barbara will be made to “Hospice Care” by Springfield Funeral Home.
