FARLEY, Florence Marguerite (1925 – 2012)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our loving and devoted mother, wife and grandmother, Florence Farley.

Florence had a tremendous love for Jesus and His Mother, a generous heart and was very passionate about her service to her parish community. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her children, Leo (Gerry); Harvey (Melogen); Claudette; Rita (Terry) and Sherry (Craig). Florence also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren who will always remember their grandma. She is also survived by her brother Raymond Blackburn and sister Claudette Beck.

A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00p.m.on Monday January 30, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2547 Hebert Road, Westbank, BC. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30a.m. on Tuesday January 31, 2012, also at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, with a reception tea afterwards in the Church Hall. Interment will be at 1:30p.m. at Canyon View Cemetery, 10316 Canyon View Road, Summerland, BC.
