Passed away on Oct 30, 2012 at the Kelowna Hospice House with family by her side.

Heather is survived by her daughter Jackie (Tim), three grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler and Douglas, two great grandchildren, Madison and Jaylene, parents Phylis and Herb Dow, brother Bob Dow, two sisters, Chrystal and Shannon and many other family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Wed, November 7th, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Hawthorne Park 867 KLO Road, Kelowna.
