DRISCOLL, Fred

Fred Driscoll passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 22, 2018, at the age of 79; just over a year after his wife (Madeline Driscoll) passed in 2017. Fred was born in Saint Boniface, Manitoba but grew up in Kelowna and was well known for his logging business

So very sorry to hear about the passing of Fred. I have known Fred since I was a teenager and had many good times together at my Mom and Dad home in Winfield. I will miss his teddy bear hugs. Rest in peace Fred. Deep condolences to the family. Berbie and Mario.

Sending my deepest condolences to Fred's family. I have known Fred and Madeline my entire life as they were very good friend's of my Mom and Dad (Wilf and Janice Quering). We spent many happy times with them over the years either at each other's houses, up at our cabin or at restaurants for special occasions. I will always remember Fred taking me for rides in his logging truck when I was a little girl. I am happy that I visited with him the week before he passed away. I will miss his kindness, his stories and his big, hearty laugh.

My sincere condolences to the Driscoll family. I grew up around Fred and later on had the pleasure of restoring some of his favorite cars with him, fun to be around.
