Dear Henry & Family; Elaine was and is a good friend in the Lord. Today was a day of celebration of her life. I trust you received the note "God's Story through Elaine's Heart" I wrote for you folks. Just one type o I wrote on the Last line it should read " Isn't it Exciting" My apologies folks for this. Elaine always said this expression to me with a smile a mile wide! She will be missed but not forgotten.

    Respectfully, Mrs. Catherine Rice

    Henry & family,

At Meadowbrook Estates we have a "Happy Hour Pot Luck Dinner" each Friday & Elaine loved to ring the bell calling all to dinner. I often think of the Christmas movie "It's a Wonderful Life" and the quote, "Each time a bell rings an angel gets its wings". Elaine has her wings. She was a true friend and neighbour. Sadly missed by all who knew her at the complex.

So sorry to hear about Mrs.Dirksen. She was a great lady. I had fun with her and Mr.Dirksen at church helping set up for the course we had once a week. I remember when she had a few of us girls that she thought needed a bit more help over and they had dinner for us and some gifts and all around good time. Mr. Dirksen you were my teacher at Glenmore elementary.

    Sincerely

    LaVerne Cheryl Kittle
