Joseph Alfred Deschner, born May 7, 1928 in Biggar SK, died in Kelowna BC on July 23, 2016, of complications related to COPD. Raised near Dodsland SK, Joe joined many of his siblings in Vancouver BC in 1946 where he worked his way up through the farm equipment business at International Harvester dealerships, married Dorothy Prinster, had a son, and built a house for his family.
