DEARLE, Ann

In Loving Memory of Ann Dearle who passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on Saturday, January 7th, 2017 in Kelowna.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Donald, and her two sisters, Patricia Feild and Julia Humberstone.

She is lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews and their
families; Ronald Humberstone, Ruth Humberstone (Donald Rose), James Feild, John Feild (Debbie), Carol Joyce (John).

Ann was born in Kamsack, Saskatchewan, and lived in Willowdale, Ontario for many happy years with her husband, Donald.

After his passing, in a tragic car accident, Ann moved to Kelowna to spend her retirement years near her sister, Julia.

Ann was an avid reader, enjoyed travelling, and had a particular love for Spain. Her Ukrainian background was the source of many wonderful dishes that she prepared for family gatherings. Ann has been a lifelong member of the Unitarian Church, and a major supporter of the Arthritis Society, which she hoped would lead to a cure of the disease which afflicted her and many of her family members.
