So sorry to hear of Mrs. Curtis's passing. She will be remembered as a beautiful, kind, warm and patient piano teacher to Nikita, Michelle and Jennifer. She was passionate about what she did and it showed each time we came for lessons. Spent many wonderful hours in the basement, conversations with Ken and the delicious smell of dinner cooking:) Always warm and inviting us into their home - a couple close to our hearts!

Hugs and squeezes to all the Curtis Clan.

Patti, Craig, Nikita, Michelle and Jennifer Hostland

So sorry to hear of the passing of Gerry who was such a kind-hearted soul dedicated to teaching so many in music, including Kristen and Sarah. Always think of her as we pass her house and fondly remember those summer recitals with so many of her talented students. May God bless and rest in Peace.

Jolene, I remember you as a lively, happy, friendly kindergartener. I always enjoyed it when your mother stopped by because she had the same friendly personality - always upbeat. We will remember her love.

Condolences to the family - of a lovely, gracious lady, our neighbor of 50 years.

She is in safe hands (as she always was with Ken and their children) and now with the love of her life.

So sorry to hear of "Mrs. Curtis's" passing. She was a warm and wonderful lady whom I enjoyed many chats and laughs with when she taught my kids piano. Recitals were always such a special time for her and she always worked so hard to get the kids ready. The house will forever be thought of as Mrs. Curtis's house. Our condolences. The Huggan Family

Very sorry to hear about Gerrys passing. She was a incredible lady as well as an amazing music teacher as she taught my granddaughter Cheyenne who simply adored her. I also grew up with Gerry and her sister and our father's also worked together. She will be so missed. Sincere sympathy to the family. Geri Schamerhorn and Cheyenne.

Gerry and Ken were the first family to welcome us to the Okanagan and St. Pius parish when we moved here in 1979. She was such a loyal organist, first at Saturday evening Mass and then for the 9:oo AM. We owe her a great gift of gratitude.

Mrs. Curtis was such a sweet, patient lady. Along with most of Glenmore she taught both of daughters piano over the years. I know her music will live on through many for a very long time.
