CRANE, Ada (Ann) - Passed away on September 4, 2008.

Survived by her loving son Paul (Lesley) Hilder of Kelowna, stepdaughters Stella (David) and Joy (Phil) and their families of Norwich, England, three grandchildren Hazel (Scott), Liza (Clint) and Chelsea (Jordan) and seven great grandchildren Jacob, Joshua, Lenny, Kristen, Joseph, Grace and Zakkary. Sadly predeceased by her husband Stanley, sister Dorothy and brother Francis.

Ann was a caregiver by nature and freely gave her time and attention to others. She nursed in England and Canada until the amazing age of 75. After retiring she continued to be an active participant in her church and was devoted to those in need. She will be remembered for her independence prior to her decline in health.

Our family expresses our appreciation for kindness and exceptional care at Sutherland Hills Rest Home.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road with Reverend Anita Desjardins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, 250 Gibbs Road West, Kelowna, V1X 2W3.
