Obituaries

Passed away suddenly on June 5, 2013, at the age of 49 years. Paula was a loving, caring person who was always concerned about others, even though she herself struggled to cope with life-long disabling health issues. Paula as predeceased by her mother, Sandra and is survived by her father, Ross; step-mother Ann; brothers: Mark (Tracy), Scott (Linda) and her nieces: Heather and Samantha and her nephew Graham. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. J. K. Brown, Community Living, Community Connections, her dedicated care and support workers for assisting Paula in achieving her maximum level of independence. Your efforts so enhanced her quality of life. We would also like to thank the medical staff and other staff at the Kelowna General Hospital, Emergency Department and the Ambulance attendants.
