I worked with Jim at Nukko Lake School in Prince George. He was a wonderful principal and had a good sense of humour which the children loved. I had a great deal of respect for him and so did the rest of the staff at the school. He contributed a lot to the profession. My condolences to the family and his lovely wife Avril.

He will be remembered fondly by so many of us who had the opportunity to work with him.

    Sincerely, Laurie Butler

Jim was principal at Nukko Lake Elementary in Prince George where my children were students (the '70s & 80s). I was a parent volunteer there often and have fond memories of Jim. He was devoted to the education of children, an effective principal whose sense of fun made him well-liked by kids and parents alike. My sincere condolences to his family. I wish I had known he had moved to Peachland as I would have given him a call to chat about "the good old days".

    Sincerely,

    Susan Priest
