BOUTIN, Patricia Ann - Of Kelowna, BC, passed away July 9, 2008 after a courageous seven year battle with cancer.

Patricia was born in London, England on 23 June 1947. She immigrated to Canada in 1972 and lived in Ottawa for two years. She then moved to Vancouver where she worked for Tahsis for several years. Patricia married Paul Boutin 1988. They retired in 2002 and moved to Kelowna. She loved to read, walk, exercise and was an expert knitter.

Patricia is survived by Paul, her husband of 20 years, mother Mary Brown of London, England, sister Linda (Erwin) Zehnder of Switzerland, son Austin Rich, daughter-in-law Melanie and her granddaughter Willow, who was the love of her life.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC, on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m..

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Centre for the Southern Interior, 399 Royal Avenue, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 5L3, in Patricia’s memory would be greatly appreciated.

A gift in living memory of Patricia will be made to “Hospice Care” by Springfield Funeral Home.
