BLAIN, Brenda Mary - Of Kelowna, passed away peacefully and suddenly on August 14th, 2011 at the age of 89 years.

Predeceased by her husband Roy in 2003. Brenda is survived by her two daughter Corinne (Gary) Archibald, Phyllis Carlsen, five grandchildren Jeff, Christine, Michelle, Danny and Wade and also eight great grandchildren.

Brenda was a very involved participant of the Hawthorne Park Community. She loved her lawn bowling, aerobics, carpet bowling, bus excursions and of course the weekly dances. She never missed an opportunity to dance and was the most willing partner ever! She will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave on Thursday, August 25th, 2011 at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the C.N.I.B in memory of Brenda.
