BAZAK, Paul

Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the age of 88.

Survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Rose Bazak; his children: Gloria (Kevin), Ron, Richard (Carrie), Christine (Ian); his 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Predeceased by two brothers and one sister.

A family dedication was held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at Springfield Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be held in 2012, notice will be given once date is set.
