I know Daphne through a friend, I loved listening to her stories and her history. I saw her as a strong independent and caring lady. My sincere condolences to all her family and comforted by the fact she is at peace and with our Lord, Donna and Mike.

I am so sad that my Aunt Daphne has passed away so soon after her sister Joan, who passed away in June. Although Daphne was thousands of miles away in Canada we used to chat thanks to FaceTime two and sometimes three times a week. She and Uncle Dick were there for me when I was growing up and later in life.

I will miss her greatly.

My mother, Helen, and I extend our deep sympathy to Daphne's loved ones. We enjoyed Christmases with Daphne at GlenMeadows at her house and in 2016 at Mom's. Little did we know it would be our last time together for Christmas and Daphne's birthday. We will miss her dearly.

So very sorry to hear of Daphne's passing... We were 'room mates in KGH' each with fractured hips back in '05,, struck up a wonderful friendship that continued for many years. She and Ed loved to tell their 'travel stories', and when Ed was 'placed' Daphne still enjoyed limited 'walks' when her 'toes' allowed..

Sorry to hear of Daphne's passing! Please except my condolences.

I met Daphne when employed at Brandt's Creek Mews. Nurses shouldn't have favorites, but Ed was one of mine! He reminded me of my father who passed away in 07. That's where I meant Daphne. She was such a patient, loving, wonderful person and fantastic with Ed!

They will both will be missed, but in heaven together!
