BADKE, Bert - Went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 21, 2011 at the age of 88.

Survived by his loving wife of 63 years Anne, his sons Bill (Rosemary), David, Gary (Joan), Jim (Sarah), grandchildren Jordan, Shawn, Eric, Roland, Kimberly (Soheil) Mahmoud, Christina (Derek) Richards, Matthew (fiancee Jordan), Ben and Danny, eight great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Bert was a dedicated husband, loving father and doting grandfather and great grandfather who will be sorely missed by all. He always had a smile and a ready joke.

Private family interment. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 4:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
