John was a tenant, a fellow competitor, a customer, but most of all a friend! He was one of those great people that no one ever said a bad thing about. He will be missed.

John Atkins was one of my favorite human beings that I had the pleasure of knowing. I met John some 35 years ago having been a member of A.C.T. and he had to be one of the most up-beat "people person" around. I will always remember not only his card skill (Poker) but he was a great dancer, and one of the few guys I knew that could double jive, he used to jive with two girls at the same time, so you could see he was pretty popular. Heaven is gaining a terrific human being a great poker player and a superb dancer. The Angels are already tuning up the music for this great guy. The friends he left behind will miss him terribly. My condolences to his family at this diffucult time.
