ANDERSON, Elizabeth (Betty)(nee Stack)
December 19, 1915 to January 3, 2009

Betty passed away peacefully at the age of 93 years on Saturday, January 3, 2009 after a lengthy illness at Sun Pointe Village, the last surviving sibling to William (Bill) and Maria Stach.

Born in Hillcrest, Alberta and moved to Needles, BC, where the family purchased the homestead farm known as Oak Scott. During her school years, she was raised by the Captain Forestlin family at Edgewood. Married in 1934 at Edgewood and in 1940 moved to Kelowna, purchasing a home on Manhattan Drive, where they raised their family and she lived until 2001.

Betty was sadly predeceased in January 1982 by her husband Sig of 48 years. Also predeceased by her parents Bill and Maria Stach of Needles, BC and Kelowna, step brothers Bill (Bertha) Stack of Mission City, BC and Fred Arnold of Kamloops, step sister Millie (Frank) Fedadaka of Kelowna, brothers Rudy of Burton, BC, Fred of Kamloops, Charlie (Hazel) of Arrow Park, BC, Fred of Kamloops and George of 100 Mile House.

Betty is survived by two sons, Albert
