ALEXANDER, Charles O. Jr.

Passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2009. He was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer, and was in hospital to begin treatment when he was called home to be with God. He moved to Kelowna in 1998 and married Violet in May 2002, while visiting his family in Ohio. Charles greatly enjoyed traveling and spending time with his friends and family. Charles also enjoyed attending Christ Lutheran Church with his wife on Sundays. He fell in love with the beautiful scenery when he came to Kelowna and spent many days sitting and enjoying the view of the mountains and the water that surrounds the city. Left behind are his wife Violet, and three sons and daughters-in-law: Philip Fredericks, David (Marilyn) Fredericks and Paul (Kirsten) Rauhala. Also left behind are the grandchildren: Chelsea Fredericks, Devin Fredericks, Silken Rauhala and Nils Rauhala; and one great granddaughter Gabriella Nowack.
