Frank H. was born February 16, 1928 in New Westminster, BC and passed away on November 13, 2017 in Kelowna, BC. Predeceased by daughter Cindy Ann, 1955 in Ocean Falls; father James and mother Elsie. Survived by wife Betty; sons: Jim of Surrey, Randy (Kathy) of Powell River; grandchildren: Annalisa, Stephanie, Rebecca and Jessica (Devon); great grandchildren: Lily Ann and Violet. Frank was a commercial fisherman, belonged to the Fisherman
