There’s no article this week, no musings about wine or wine related stuff. Today and for the next few days it’s all about Christmas, family and friends spending time together. It’s about turkey, whether it’s brined or otherwise, Tryptophan coma’s (an Urban Myth?) and turkey soup, sandwiches and a favourite at the Martin household, turkey enchiladas.
So, to all of you who have found their way to this space week after week, I thank you. It has been a true pleasure to share with you whatever knowledge over the past six years.
Have a Very Merry Christmas.
