Knife wielding suspect in custody

RCMP may have arrested a suspect responsible for several armed robberies in West Kelowna.
Just after 4 p.m. Monday the Wine Store, in West Kelowna, reported a robbery. RCMP arrived quickly and gave chase, catching up to a person of interest behind the store on Louie Drive.
Reports indicate an RCMP officer may have been injured while apprehending the suspect.
Police on scene claimed no one was hurt although an ambulance did attend along with several RCMP cruisers.
The area behind the Wine Shop was cordoned off with police tape while the investigation continues.
One man is said to be in custody.
