Albas to introduce bill

Central Okanagan-Similkameen-Nicola Conservative MP Dan Albas is expected to introduce a private member's bill in the House of Commons, Thursday.

Albas, the opposition shadow minister for Innovation, Science and Economic Development, is scheduled to introduce a bill regarding the Criminal Code and evacuation orders or emergencies.

Details of that bill have yet to be released.

Albas will speak on the bill later in the day.

Exact wording of the bill will be available once it has been tabled.
