The house sustained more than $100,000 in damage as a result of the fire.

Fire officials say it is not known if the occupants were insured.

UPDATE: 1 p.m.

A woman is in custody after she allegedly set fire to a pile of men's clothing.

No one was believed to be inside the home at the time of the fire, and the woman was arrested near the Webber Road home.

“Witnesses on scene reported seeing a female lighting something in the backyard and departing on foot,” said Const. Kent Hall.

The woman was arrested and police said the investigation is in the preliminary stages.

“Looks like it started on the back ... side of the house and extended up into the attic space," said assistant fire chief Brent Watson.

The motive of the fire is unknown at this time.
