Cyclist suffers head injury

Paramedics helped an injured cyclist in West Kelowna Tuesday morning.

It's unclear whether he fell or was struck at Ross Road and Pike Road. However, a witness said there was significant damage to his helmet.

There's no word on the extent of his injuries.
