A passenger in one of two vehicles involved in a car accident Sunday afternoon, around 4 p.m., was apparently taken by ambulance to hospital.
According to information received by Castanet, there was a two vehicle motor vehicle accident at Husky Gas at 2091 Old Okanagan Highway.
A male driver sustained neck injuries and a passenger, believed to be female, was loaded onto a spine board and stretcher and put into an ambulance to go to Kelowna General Hospital.
Fire department engines 31 and 32, BC Ambulance and the police responded to the scene.
