Rockets 'stash' the cash

The Kelowna Rockets were busy doing more than growing their win total during the month of November.

Once again, Rockets players and coaches put their money where their moustaches were for the annual Movember campaign.

They grew moustaches and raised money for the Movember Foundation to help raise awareness of men's issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health.

The Rockets raised $6,126 for the cause.

For the second year in a row, Conner Bruggen-Cate led the charge for the Rockets raising a stunning $1,329 on his own. Liam Kindree raised the second highest amount with $1,004. Ted Brennan rounded out the top three with $624 raised.
