Westside Head On Crash

A Kelowna man was taken to hospital Wednesday following a head-on crash with a flatbed truck on Boucherie Road on the Westside.

Police say the 42-year-old man's SUV was heading southbound on Boucherie Road near Highway 97 shortly before 11:00 this morning when it suddenly crossed the centre line and collided with the truck.

The man was taken to hospital for observation. The driver of the truck wasn't injured.

The crash is still under investigation.
