Shannon Lake Development

A development permit has been issued to Catana Developments for a proposed 110-unit residential complex in the Shannon Lake area.

The Regional Board approved the multiple family development which will sit on a 1.71 hectare parcel of land along Tuscany Drive.

The development includes 64 apartment units in two-four story condominiums along with an additional 46 two and three story townhouses.

The Regional Board also agreed to a number of height and setback variances requested by the developer.
