The RCMP Westbank Rural Detachment and the 'E' Division Livestock Section are requesting the public's assistance with the location of over 60 cattle.
The cattle were in the summer range east of Kelowna but did not return with the main herds. The area involved is bordered by Kelowna, Highway 33, the Lumby Basin and Christian Valley region.
Patrols by owners, forestry and the Livestock Section have only located a hand-full of the cattle.
If you see cattle in the Crown Range in this area, please contact the Westbank RCMP Detachment at (250) 768-2880 or Constable Glenn Beattie at the Livestock Section (250)319-5026.
