Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. is spearheading a new program to help alleviate the labour shortage throughout the Okanagan Valley.

With a shortage of qualified workers in the area and unemployment rates at their lowest in decades, this program focuses on active senior citizens who are retired and have a great deal of experience and expertise to share.

Kevin Renwick, Owner/Manager of Okanagan Staffing Services says, "Seniors require little training, offer new ideas, and bring maturity and stability to the work place."

Job opportunities will be posted at senior centers, senior residences, and at local government employment agencies.
