Steals cash with fake ID

Police are asking the public to help identify a man involved in two alleged bank fraud incidents.

The man was involved in an alleged bank fraud in Salmon Arm and Kelowna.

On Jan. 19, just after 4 p.m., a the male suspect walked into the Salmon Arm TD Bank and used fake ID to obtain an undisclosed amount of money from the bank teller.

Earlier that day, the same man was at a Kelowna TD Bank, and once again managed to steal money again using the fake ID.
