Are you tired of winter?

It's snowing in the Okanagan – again.

As February comes to a close, it would seem Old Man Winter has no intention of going out quietly.

With temperatures dipping to the -17 C mark throughout the Valley this week, we now face another blast of snow.

Winter has been hanging on longer than some residents would like.

While the temperature is expected to rise over the next couple of days, there is also a call for more snow.

Weather forecasters said the Central and North Okanagan will see up to four centimetres of snow today, with a 60 per cent chance of flurries Saturday.

The South Okanagan is expected to get a mere one centimetre of snow today and slightly warmer temperatures than the rest of the Valley throughout the weekend.

But a warming trend for the region is just around the corner.

According to Environment Canada, the mercury will rise to 5 C by late next week and flurries could be replaced by showers.
