Osoyoos Man Gets The Boot

An Osoyoos man convicted of murder in his Native India has been ordered out of the country.

Malkiat Singh Bhandol fled India after being convicted of killing another man in 1975.

Police in India say it was a revenge killing from a family feud.

Immigration officials have ordered Bhandol be extradited to India because he lied about his criminal record.

He's been living in Canada since 1980.
