He robbed the same bank twice.
Vernon RCMP have released the name of a man arrested this week in connection with two bank robberies.
Ken Joseph Levasseur, 37, was arrested Wednesday after allegedly robbing the Bank of Nova Scotia. He was cuffed following a lengthy foot chase that ended in the City of Vernon Works Yards.
And Levasseur is facing additional charges. Police say he's the same guy who robbed the exact same bank a week prior. He even picked the same teller.
Levasseur has a history with police. Last year, a warrant was issued for violating his statutory release for a previous crime in the Prince George area. That matter was dealt with prior to the bank robbery charges this week.
