This July 2 photo shows debris littering Kin Beach.
The City of Vernon is starting to clean up area beaches following a spring of flooding.
City crews have started to remove flood debris from the city-maintained section of Kin Beach and the beach located at Paddle Wheel Park.
Work is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
