Pipe pops up on lake

It's not Ogopogo, but it is still an unusual sight.

An offshore storm main has surfaced in Okanagan Lake near the 8800 Tronson Road area.

City crews will be marking the location of the main for safety purposes.

City officials said remedial action will be taken as soon as possible.

Swimmers and boaters are urged to use caution and avoid this area if possible.
