City warns of road work

The City of Vernon is warning the motoring public of road work along Lardeau Way, 36 Avenue, Alvaston Place, and 40 Avenue – Dec. 7-23.

Crews from Fredex Construction will be installing conduit for Shaw Cable, in the following locations:

• 2900 block of Lardeau Way
• 2100 block of 36 Avenue
• 2700 block of Alvaston Place
• 2700 block of 40 Avenue.

Traffic may be affected during these works. The city asks drivers to obey all signs and flaggers.
