Highway 97 was briefly closed in both directions early this morning in Westwold.
DriveBC reports a "vehicle incident" occurred about 4 a.m. at the 90-degree corner entering the tiny community north of Falkland, about 55 kilometres north of Vernon.
Single-lane, alternating traffic was detoured via Back Road for 45 minutes while the scene was cleared.
The highway is now open.
