Serious crash on 97

A significant car accident occurred Wednesday evening near Oyama.

The accident happened at about 6:45 p.m. near Highway 97 and Crystal Waters Road. 

Initial reports indicated the Jaws of Life were required to remove someone from a vehicle.

A person at the scene said there were "lots of crews and police on scene," but had little details as to what had happened.
