A new father and a newly engaged man were the two victims in a dirt bike crash in Vernon, Sunday.
James Folden, 23, lived in Lumby and Trinity Bright, 24, originally from Cherryville, most recently lived in Canmore, Alta. The two men crashed their dirt bike into a parked utility trailer while riding northbound along East Vernon Road at approximately 6:30 a.m.
Folden was driving the bike and Bright was the passenger. Both were declared dead at the scene.
The B.C. Coroners Service released the identities of the two men today.
Folden had just had a child with his fiancé in May. Bright got engaged with his fiancé only three weeks before the accident.
