Okanagan Boy Stabbed In Neck

A young South Okanagan resident is recovering in hospital from a stab wound.

The 16-year-old male was stabbed in the neck Thursday night. He was initially rushed to South Okanagan General Hospital and later transferred to Penticton Regional where he's listed in stable condition.

The boy's alleged attacker is a 34-year-old Oliver resident who turned himself to police overnight.

The unidentified man is facing a variety of charges.

No names have been released.
