The Vernon RCMP are asking the publics help in locating two trailers loaded with cedar lumber that was stolen from compound in the 2500 block of 37th St. last weekend.
The two trailers were “Doepker” flat deck trailers grey in color joined together they are called a super “B” unit. The trailers were loaded with cedar lumber all the material was 2x4 to 2x10” lumber, it was wrapped in a covering that had the markings of Pope and Talbot Ltd. on it. The value of the trailers and wood is estimated at $100,000.00
Anyone with any information on the theft of the trailers and lumber is asked to contact the Vernon RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
